SettleThen stores only what it needs to track shared expenses: your Horizon SSO identity (used to sign you in), the display name you choose, and the groups, members, expenses, and settlements you create.

Your data is visible only to members of the groups you belong to. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

You can change your display name at any time from your profile. To remove your data, contact the group admin or delete the relevant groups.
